Bell's Tone Club

There's seems to be an annoying situation when you subscribe under Bell. They will charge you a monthly $8.00 for a subscription to a service - Tone Club, a service that gives you ring tone. The mystery is most of the time Bell users didn't subscribe to the service and when you call Bell's customer support, they would just tell you they can't do something to it.

Bell is largest network in Canada but they might loose subscriber with irregularities such as the Tone Club, if they not properly handles the situation.
