Stimulus has to come from us in the end

I am so tired of reading the news and hearing on TV about the stimulus package and what the government has to do do fix the economy. Well government does not really have the power to fix the problem in my opinion.

The problem with the economy comes from multiple directions and the domino effect is being felt all over the world. Government is part of the problem to begin with.

Why do sick people come to the office?

Are sick people afraid if they don't come to work, they will lose their job? Well maybe, but then again maybe they just want everyone to be as miserable as they are.

Last week, a co-worker comes in who sits like 8 feet from me, and proceeds to snivel and snot all over every surface literally. The sneezing and coughing were about all I could concentrate on. I just wanted to tell her to go the heck home.

Tired of co-workers taking your stuff out of the office fridge?

If you have a common refrigerator in your office, you have may have been the victim of a lunch crime at one time or another. You know, the annoying office worker who has to peer through the lunch bags of others to see if they have any tasty goodies to eat?

Office color is just a state of mind

I recently designed my own home office and picked out the color scheme for it myself. I read so many articles about what color to use for the walls, and every other source of ideas.

I decided that I would paint the walls the color that I absolutely move more than any color in the world. There is no article out there that encourages you to paint your walls a shade of blue that borders on purple! Yet, that is the color I chose.

I feel so peaceful when I am in my little office and every time I look at the walls, I smile. That is the guideline that everyone asking what color to paint their walls should adhere to. Paint what you love!
