Take for example the leaders of the 3 largest auto makers in the country going to Washington to plead for money to bail out their struggling companies.
Lets see.....how did they arrive there again? Corporate jet? Private limo?
The reason the economy is in the crapper is due to the fact that big business has become inefficient business. Top level executives are being paid way too much money for little management and risky spending. I mean what, did they think the money would just keep on shoveling through and nothing would ever happen to the tide of financing?
Bank executives making poor little salaries, but with bonuses in the millions. Give me a job like that. Then when the economy starts to falter, heaven forbid we take a look at what is really wrong with this nation. Instead of canning the very executives that took them down the path to destruction, let's just ask Big Brother to bail us out.
Poor Obama. No matter what he does, he faces the corner. Republicans stand together just like the good ol boys they are and buck everything he is going to try to do. Seems to me that if they would look to their cronies in big business who are ruining us all, instead of our new President just trying to help us out of the ditch, this country would be a lot better off.
